Description: “In the middle of difficulty lies opportunity” -Albert Einstein To teach us the importance of hard work and to be prudent enough to know how necessary it is to work for opportunities, the House of Joy organized three invigorating competitions. The first competition was ‘Best out of waste’ for classes 6 to 8. This competition celebrates the power of imagination and emphasizes the importance of sustainability by repurposing items that might otherwise be discarded. The participants did not only demonstrate their artistic skills but also contributed to environmental conservation by promoting the concept of recycling and upcycling. The second competition was “Literary Trivia” for classes 9 and 10. In this competition, participants delved into the enchanting world of literature, testing their knowledge of classic and contemporary works. Participants showcased their literary prowess by their impressive vocabulary and their passion for the English language. The third competition was “Extempore” for classes 11 and 12. In this competition, participants embraced the thrill of spontaneity as they tackled impromptu topics with confidence and flair. It challenged participants to harness their creativity, critical thinking, and communication skills, showcasing their ability to adapt to any situation and thrive under pressure. Through these challenges, participants discovered the power of their voices and the endless possibilities that arise when they embrace the unexpected.
