Description:
An engaging and informative session on Artificial Intelligence (AI) was conducted on 15th May, 2025, with Mr. Adnan as the spokesperson, for the students of classes III to VIIII.
The session was specially designed for the beginners to the fundamentals of AI, with the aim of sparking curiosity and building confidence in exploring the world of technology.
The session began with an interactive icebreaker, encouraging students to share what they already knew about AI. This helped create a friendly and open environment for learning. The facilitator then introduced AI in simple terms, explaining how machines can be trained to think, learn, and make decisions like humans. Real-life examples such as voice assistants, face recognition in smartphones, and movie recommendations were used to show how AI is already a part of everyday life.
The students were also introduced to how AI works at a basic level, using simple concepts like data, patterns and machine learning for the beginners. It also acquainted them with the future use of a programming language Python for the advanced learners.
The session concluded with an enthusiastic round where students asked insightful questions about how AI affects our lives and how they could start learning more.
This session successfully achieved its goal of making AI understandable, relatable, and inspiring for the young students.
