Description:
As part of the school’s annual community service initiative, students from Classes IX and X participated in an Outreach Program aimed at promoting compassion and social responsibility. Each class visited a different welfare institution and donated items tailored to the residents’ needs.
Class IX A visited Sevarth Vridh Aashram and donated toiletries, bringing comfort to elderly residents.
Class IX C went to Aastha Old Age Hospital, contributing a range of personal care and health items.
Class X A supported DC Homes with food supplies like sugar, rice, and snacks.
Class X B visited Cheshire Homes, donating detergent, towels, and fruits for hygiene and nutrition.
Class X C reached out to Badlav, a rehabilitation centre for beggars, donating rice, dal, and masala.
The students spent time with the inmates bringing cheer to them with songs making an effort to alleviate their loneliness and boredom for some time. The program instilled empathy and highlighted how small acts of kindness can make a meaningful impact.
