Description:
The students of the Junior School of St. Agnes' Loreto Day School, (classes 3-5) celebrated the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. This year marks the 150th birth anniversary of our Father of the Nation.
The students presented an assembly dedicated to Gandhiji. The students highlighted the role and sacrifices of the Mahatma in the freedom struggle.
Tributes were also paid to another great son of the Indian soil, Sri Lal Bahadur Shastri, who was also born on the 2nd of October. The students promised to walk on the path shown by the two great leaders.
